This notice explains what personal data DiamondCut Property Ltd, trading as Kestrel Sourcing ("we", "us"), collects through this website and our sourcing service, why we collect it, and your rights.

- Your stated investment budget and investor status;
- Anything else you tell us in your enquiry or during our conversations;
- Where we proceed to work together, identity and source-of-funds information required for anti-money-laundering (AML) checks.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful bases
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the sourcing service — on the basis of your consent and, once engaged, performance of our contract with you.
- To carry out AML identity and source-of-funds checks — because we have a legal obligation to do so.
- To operate and secure our website and keep records — on the basis of our legitimate interests in running our business responsibly.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract — for example our website host and form provider, our CRM provider, our admin@kestrelsourcing.co.uk provider, and approved identity-verification providers — and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for [24] months from last contact, and records relating to transactions and AML for at least [6] years as required by law, after which we securely delete or anonymise it.
