You know the opportunity.
We find the fit.

Bring us a property, a land opportunity or a useful connection. We match it against investor and developer briefs, agree how we work together, and keep the conversation moving.

Clear roles. Written terms. A relationship built for the next deal, too.

The process

A good introduction deserves a clear process

From a first outline to a buyer conversation, we make responsibilities and next steps explicit.

01

Start with the essentials

Tell us the property type, location, price expectations and why it may suit an investor or developer.

What you shareA concise opportunity overview.
02

Check the fit

We compare the opportunity with current acquisition briefs and clarify anything needed for an appraisal.

What we doReview the brief and the facts.
03

Agree the relationship

We confirm your role, authority to introduce and any fee arrangement in writing before proceeding.

What we agreeResponsibilities and introduction terms.
04

Make the right introduction

Where there is a fit, we coordinate the buyer conversation and the next information required, with permissions agreed.

What happens nextA focused conversation and a clear next action.

Good opportunities come from good relationships

Agents & brokers

A buyer brief worth discussing, a property that needs a specialist audience, or an opportunity your existing network has not yet matched.

Independent introducers

A relevant property or trusted connection you have permission to introduce. Start with an outline; we will establish the right next step.

Professional networks

Developers, advisers and local contacts with a useful opportunity or insight. We value informed introductions and clear expectations.

Before we begin

A few useful answers

How are introduction fees handled?

Any introduction fee, payment trigger and responsibilities are agreed in writing before we proceed. There is no automatic fee promise simply for sending an opportunity.

Will you contact my client directly?

We agree the contact route with you first. Tell us how you are involved and who has authority to share the opportunity so we can respect the existing relationship.

What should I send first?

A property type, location, price expectation, a short outline and your role are enough to start. Avoid sending identity documents or client-confidential files in this form.

Step one

Start a useful conversation

A property opportunity or a potential partnership: tell us the essentials and we will review the fit before asking for more.

01Share your role and a short outline
02We review the opportunity against buyer briefs
03Agree terms and the next conversation

Introduce an opportunity

The essentials are enough to start.
