I’m a cost consultant by training, with over 20 years’ industry experience across new builds, renovations, conversions, heritage, infrastructure, educational and defence projects in the UK. My work has centred on understanding what a project costs to deliver, identifying risks and testing whether the figures stand up to scrutiny.
I bring that same discipline to Kestrel Sourcing.
Why I built Kestrel
Finding a property is only the beginning. The real work is establishing whether it fits your objectives, what it will cost and whether the potential return justifies the risks.
Kestrel is built around that appraisal process. We examine acquisition costs, construction costs where relevant, professional fees, finance, contingency and sourcing fees together, so you can assess the opportunity before committing capital.
